plugin Content - Community Builder Author on easyblog was created by some1new
Hi,

the plugin Content - Community Builder Author allows me to change the realname of an author th switch it to username.
But this does not work on entries of the component "easyblog".

Are there any ideas, addons, combinations with cb that allow me to work this in the same way like in any other regular article within joomla?

Tested in Joomla 3.9.18 with latest cb free available

Got support from Stackideas.
Well this was an easy setting I did not see in their component backend.

backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > general > Name Display Format - username

So I'll mark this as solved. Sorry

We don't integrate with EasyBlog. That plugin is just acting on the Joomla event onContentBeforeDisplay to change the author output for com_content context only so it will only work in Joomla content.
