CB and Kunena field integration

Is it possible to create CB fields (for registration page) so that when someone registers to your website, they can select any of the basic Joomla groups are available? I'm sure you'll tell me to use GroupJive, but I only have 2 groups and I don't need all of the features of GroupJive.

CB GroupJive has nothing to do with usergroups. For what you're wanting you'll need a standard select field provided by CB already and CB Auto Actions. You'd use CB Auto Actions to act on the after registration and after user update triggers in a usergroup action to add/remove usergroups based off the value of your select field.
