Hi
Is it possible to edit users profile from front office with the need to log in the joomla backoffice ?
i want to add this possibility to light admin people who doesn't need to go to backend

As long as your user has CB Moderator permissions and you've enabled frontend profile edits within CB > Configuration > Moderation then yes you can edit users from frontend by visiting their profile and using the edit profile menu item on the CB Menu bar above their profile.

I can’t see the edit menu button in the front end when I read a user info’s

I’m probably missing something

You need to adjust your moderator settings. Create a view access level that has all the usergroups you want to have moderator permissions and select it for "Moderators View Access Level" then adjust "Allow Moderators to Edit User Profiles" as needed.
