users can't upload a profile image was created by adinkra

My users can't upload a profile image. When they try to all they get is the default image with a clock image on right side. As far as I know, the last change before this happen was setting the default image directory in JCE which worked out well?

The clock means their upload is pending approval. You need to approve the image either from the Moderator Images page (Joomla menutype Community Builder > Moderator Images) or from the link provided in the CB Workflows module. If you don't want image approval you can toggle it off in CB > Configuration > Moderation.
