Hello, I have been using CB for some time now managing the online records for people who have a professional certification. This has worked well. I added some custom fields for the certification so that users could track their progress.
Recently the organization has introduced a second credential that the site must also track. My first idea of how to implement this was to add custom fields for that new credential, however, should the organization add more credentials that would mean more custom fields. This may be the only way to handle this, however, I thought I would ask here to see if there is a better way of doing this.
Each credential has a set of fields like:
1. Credential name
2. Date awarded
3. Date expires
4. Number of credits required to auto-renew
5. Total credits earned.
