Installation issue - Joomla 3.9.0, CB 2.21

Installation issue - Joomla 3.9.0, CB 2.21 was created by imageus
I am trying to install CB into my fresh Joomla site 3.9.0. I had installed CB in other sites with no issue, but now I am getting an error "Nothing to install". It says the component was installed successfully then say Nothing to install.

CB: pkg_communitybuilder_2.2.1+build.2018.11.01.17.21.41.e3e5bf527
Joomla: Joomla! 3.9.0 Stable [ Amani ] 30-October-2018 14:00 GMT

Any help is highly appreciated.

Navigate to Extensions > Manage > Install and ensure you've selected the Upload Package File tab. Next click the "Or browse for file" button in the upload area and select "pkg_communitybuilder_2.2.1+build.2018.11.01.17.21.41.e3e5bf527.zip" file. Should install fine. Once finished verify that you can see Community Builder under Components even if it says nothing to install again give it a check.

I had tried everything but didn't work. Then I tried Install from Web and it worked. Really strange. Now I have a different problem. But that is not a CB problem. I am trying to get a CB template working (Jf Connecto) but it gives me blank page.

I am trying to get a CB template working (Jf Connecto) but it gives me blank page.

Probably not compatible with latest redesign of CB. You'll need to contact the developer regarding any issues with 3rd party templates.
