Because including a database with hundreds to thousands of entries is a bit extreme for most sites. Most sites will never use a country, state, zip, etc.. field combination and it's entirely subjective to where the person lives as to what values to even provide and is why we provide the capability of doing this using CB Query Field with a tutorial.
