As you can see, there are no fields in the registration form, but i'm pretty sure there are the correct fields that are required for registration (see attached)...it used to work..but I guess, when I asked my developer to make some custom changes, it may have messed up something...or alternatively, i'm missing something very important...
I also would love to change the image on this page, but i'm not sure if there is a way to edit it without going in the code...
From the image you posted I see that all these fields are in the Contact info tab that is appearing in red.
This means that you have most likely unpuplished the tab itself.
Please take some time to download the also free CB Primer Book and read it and maybe also watch some of the video tutorials on our youtube channel.
