Hi,

Our Site: raceconnect.com , has been using CB for sometime. A few weeks ago, the 'Members Online Module' stopped showing the members who were online.

It appears on the site (when logged in) as it always did:
e.g.
MEMBERS ONLINE
Click on Username to view user profile

But underneath this, there is no information. On the /administrator page, I can see who's online, and we aslo tested the Joomla 'core who's online' on the front end, and that worked fine.

We tried re-installing the module, but the issue isn't resolved.

Any ideas on where to look to resolve this would be most welcome.

Seams to be something messing with Joomlas sessions and either not setting client_id or resetting it back to null, which it should not be. client_id has always been 1 or 0. I've yet to be able to confirm this issue across 3 installs so suspect it's something installed doing it.
