Installation pkg_communitybuilder_2.1.4 FAILED!

Hallo,

I would like to update my version of Community Building, from 1.9.1 to 2.1.4, with the pack

pkg_communitybuilder_2.1.4+build.2018.05.14.16.53.38.b654953b0

but the result is always:
Package installation failed!

My version of Joomla is 3.8.8 ...

Can anuyone please help me ?

The package installer does not work with CB 1.x migration. Unzip the package and install the zip found in /extensions/packages folder and it will begin migration.

Thank you Krileo, I'm trying. I only have an issue with Mysql that makes my installation failed:

"mysql 5.0.92-enterprise-gpl-log is not supported. Minimum required version is mysql 5.1, but it is higly recommended to use mysql 5.6.31 or later."

I contacted the provider to ask him.. I'll let you know.

The MySQL of your server is significantly out of date. You'll certainly want to get a hold of your server host and have them upgrade that.
