I am looking for a help desk system for our website.
Does anybody have experience with a system and how it integrates with CB ?
For example, it would be nice to see the tickets of a customer on his/her profile page.

Nothing to suggest but you could use something that integrates with Joomla and use a cb query field to display tickets in profiles.
Thanks for the suggestion. I did not think of that.
To do that I need to create a cbquery field in the user profile that selects the tickets .
I have never looked at CbQuery. Can I control the layout of what it returns, since this will be rows and columns and I would like to make it look 'nice'.
