No access to community builder admin page

No access to community builder admin page was created by warrah

Hi everyone,

I tried to access my community builder admin page tough my joomla administration but i realized it's impossible. It shows me an error page (see in attachment).
I tried to re-install CB but it's always the same problem.

I'm using Joomla 3.8.3, the complete informations are in attachment too. Can anyone help me ?

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if any errors output. If none check your server error log.
