profile image not updating

Hello,
When I try to update or change the profile photo from the front end it does not save the new picture, I click on update and nothing shows, still the old image show.
we are getting white page if we try to access with direct link:

www.websitename.com/component/comprofiler/userprofile

How I can fix it.

Hi, I have updated CB to the latest version as of today,
Now I'm getting the page no white page any more,
but the issue I'm getting, when I upload new image as profile image, I got confirmation as:
Your settings have been saved.
but the picture is not been changed in the profile, the old picture is still as profile image.

Delete the below language file. It is not used anymore.

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.php

The default language strings do not use constants anymore and are in the below file.

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/language.php

They're just notices regardless so shouldn't block profile image uploading. Don't know what else to tell you beyond debug your install and see what could've gone wrong with your migration as it appears you once had CB 1.x installed.
