We're trying to avoid major changes to userlists as we ideally want to rewrite them from the ground up, but have added a feature ticket to change how the row linking JS is used to prevent conflicts like this, which should solve your issue.
No idea when I'll get around to that feature ticket though as I'll be basically working on CBSubs payment gateways for the next month.
