Tooltips that are very useful in the profile editor to aid users become meaningless in the User lists.
e.g. Seeing a First Name field in the user list with a tooltip of 'Fill in your real first name, here, because we need to know how to address you' makes no sense.
Is there a way to prevent tooltips from appearing on the search fields or displaying a different one, instead?
