[SOLVED] Users cannot upload portrait or canvas images | You don't have permission to acc

Hello team,

when users try to upload a portrait or canvas picture (during the registration or in the profile edit) they get the following -->
You don't have permission to access /index.php/cb-profile/saveregisters on this server.

From the back end I can upload the picture though.

Could you please assist?

Probably mod_security. Check your server error log for any fatal errors.

Hello Krileon,

Thank you for the answer.
It was indeed mod_security.

To resolve it i went to my server > checked my logs for errors > add the error code in the firewall exception.
