Is it possible to allow username to be only one character? was created by jarvisjaska

Hello! I'm trying to make a site, where the username should be a number between 1-999. Is it possible to allow only one character as username? I tried giving "username"-field character minimum of 0, but the registration form demands at least two characters.

I am pretty sure this is a joomla requirement.
