Two steps forward, one step back. It seems that some issues were resolved and others introduced after we installed the latest build as instructed. See the attached screenshot for the error message.
You've a cURL call failing from somewhere. Beyond that there's not enough to determine where it's coming from. Joomla is capable of outputting such an error in exactly that format, but I don't know what is triggering it. If you've any sort of firewall or security extension installed try disabling it.
