[SOLVED] Verify email address was created by notyooagain
Hi

Re CB update 2.0.15+build.2016.12.08.00.30.40.f93e49b89

I have set the verify email address to disabled but when I updated to the new nightly release it defaults back to enabled. I understood that when you do an update it would not affect the settings that has been selected.

Can that be fixed?

You might have CB Verify Email legacy plugin still installed. No settings should revert on install, but it does migrate CB Verify Email parameter since that usage is now just built into email fieldtype. It should've uninstalled it after migration. If you don't see it within CB > Plugin Management check within _comprofiler_plugins database table with a plugin that has element of "cbverifyemail". If it's not there then I've no idea why it keeps resetting for you.

Hi Kyle, just updated again to the latest build and the verify email setting did not change. Not sure what had happened but all now good.
