Upgradng Joomla & CB

Hi,

Currently running Joomla 2.5.28 and CB 1.9.1. want to upgrade to:
joomla 3.6.4 and CB 2.0.15

I can't find any info re Joomla version and CB version compatibility.
So not sure is it better to upgrade Joomla first then CB or visa versa - does it matter?

Having searched for upgrade info - I can't find any, but if there is please let me know.
