I have made a few menu item lists. Some of these are for registered members only while others should be viewable by the public. The public lists show on the menu but when I click on them as not-logged-in (ie public) the lists display as empty. They only populate once I am logged in. I checked the permissions on the menu item and on the list and both are set as "public". I also disabled the link to user profile, in case that was the problem. I am stumped.
