Cookie error ONLY when trying to visit CB configuration in back end

Cookie error ONLY when trying to visit CB configuration in back end was created by maestroc
When I try to access the CB configuration in the back end of my site I am hit with a popup saying "Session expired or cookies not enabled in your browser blah blah blah." The same one that has been mentioned in other posts in the past. However this bug is only affecting this one item, accessing the configuration. No problems logging into the front or back ends and I can get into the other menu items in CB just fine. Any idea what would make this one item have the problem?

Joomla version?
CB version?

What else have you installed?

I cannot replicate this with latest CB 2.0.14 and latest Joomla 3.6.2.
