Can't find an option to set a standard Canvas image

Hello,

as new users do not see a standard canvas image, just a gray field.
How can i upload and set a standard canvas image to see for all users?
Of course if they want they can change for them selves.
But i like to see a standard one.
I can't find an option for it, or does it not exist? Then it would be a cool feature

It is doable - I believe it is mentioned in the CB Primer Book.
