Manage tabs in page "manage connections"

Hello,
how the order of the tabs in the Community Builder page "manage connections" can be managed?

The current order is as follows:

"Manage Actions" | "Manage Connections"


I want the order so that "Manage Connections" can be seen when opening the page.

"Manage Connections" | "Manage Actions"

I have found the fault. One Tab was set to "-4" by the old Administrator...
