Login & Registration isn't working was created by deligence

I have a Joomla 2.5 website and I am using CB 1.9.1. On the site I am not able to login and I can't register. There is no error message shown.

No idea.
We are now on CB 2.0.14 and Joomla 3.5.2.
Your installation is no longer supported.
