After update, no Profile fields visible but first name

After update, no Profile fields visible but first name was created by ptyrider
I recently updated Joomla (now 3.5.1) and CB to the latest, 2.0.14. Suddenly all user profile fields are invisible except for First Name. The fields are still there in the Fields Manager, they are visible and editable from the backend, but Edit Profile is no longer working. I reinstalled CB, no change. All CB components are published and enabled.

What can I do? Any way to rollback CB? Any other component/plugin might be affect this problem?
