Update 2.0.7 to 2.0.14 was created by mecsys

What is involved in updating from CB 2.0.7 to latest version?
do i just install 2.0.14 and it overlays everything?
I also want to update the site to Joomla 3.5, so wondering if it's better to do the Joomla update first, and then CB, or the other way around?

You can update to CB 2.0.14 just by installing over.

I would first update CB.
