Is anybody using ZOHO CRM with their Joomla installation? I know there are no direct extensions or tools that connect the two platforms and Zapier has an app they may develop if they get enough interest. In the meantime, I'd love to swap stories or experience with anybody using the two platforms and see if we might learn from each other. We specifically want to be able to push new user info and profile data to ZOHO in order to create a lead in ZOHO. Right now we do it the old fashion way - spreadsheets, download, upload.
If you're not using ZOHO but are using another CRM system like Salesforce, I'd be interested in your experience too.
