Mass mail via frontend by special user group

Hello,
as mentioned in the topic, I would like to know if it's possible to send a mass mail to all users after logging in in the frontend.
Background: At the moment our managing committee uses a backend-account to send mass mails (joomla-backend login --> extensions --> Community builder --> user list --> mass mail). But they do not really get used to this method. They want to get it done easier.
They wish that they can login into their frontend accounts, klick on a menu item "mass mail" and that's it.

Is ist possible to implement something like this?
