Can you replicate on a clean install (a different test website?) on your hosting?

Sorry I do not understand what you mean by "loading the component"

Originally it's german:

Fehler beim Laden der Komponente: index.php?option=com_comprofiler, Komponente nicht gefunden

It means that he cannot load and find the component (index.php?option=com_comprofiler)

any idea if this message notice is the problem? Or does anybody elso know it?
