Hi using CB 2.0.13 and Joomla 3.4.8
I am using CB Juice to import new members via a csv file.
If I import with the colomns for accpted and confirmed checked it sends out a emails to the members with a randomly generated name, not the name in the name field on the csv, and no password, with no way to get the username and password emailed to them:

If I import the csv with the accepted and confirmed colomns unchecked, it still sends the email with the random name, however when I check the accepted box in backend it sends out the welcome email:

Your application has been approved by our administration team.
Your account with the following details:
Email: kevin@email.com Name: Kevin Test Username: ktest Password: GRs0HmKenVVV
has been activated.
Welcome to the Website.

Website Administration Team NOTE: This email was automatically generated from Website (http://urltosite).
I would also like to be able to add some <br> to the [DETAILS] output, I have added the language plugin with the edited files for the body of the emails, just cannot find the file that enables me to edit the [DETAILS] output.
