Link to database fields

Hello.

Is there any CB add-on or plugin that allow to connect to any J! internal database table and update the field value?

I know that I can use a plugin that display values on a CB field, via a SQL query, but what I'm looking for is some kind of direct link that displays the value and also have the possibility to update it.

CB Auto Action has an action that you can execute any database SQL query.

Well... I've installed CB Auto Action but I cant' figure out how to use it! It's published and activated but it's not available in field types...

OK... I've found that I have to read, watch and learn something first...

I'll try to figure out how to get a value from another table field (CB Query), set it to be editable and after update the field record...
