show/hide fields by website language

Hello,

I am running community builder to show profiles of tour guides in Frankfurt ( www.frankfurter-gaestefuehrer.de/frankfurter-gaestefuehrer ).
Now I want to translate the site in different languages.

Two Issues:
1) Depending on the chosen website language only some fields of the user profile shall be shown in the profile-view. Example: A field dedicated to English contents shall only be visible when the website language is set to English.
2) In the profile settings the user shall be able to choose weather he wants to appear in the user list for one website language or not.

I found CB conditions but I got the feeling, that it does not solve my issues.
Any help is much apreciated
