Ordering of core fields

Hi all

I have a long list of custom CB fields (all in the Conatct info tab). I am trying to use only the one tab.

In the backend admin user edit template the "Approve User" field is near the bottom.
I would like to move it right to the top, but the "core" fields does not show in Field Management.

Is there a way I can move/re-order "Approve User" to the top in the admin user edit area?
Or if there is a field type that allows me to duplicate the Approve field at the top, that can also work?

I have been searching around for a while and cannot find any similar requests.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Those cannot be reordered.
But the approve user functionality is also replicated in the CB User Manager summary view.
