Allowing users to add to other user profiles was created by airsensei

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to allow users to add things to other user profiles.
Something similar to LinkedIn's endorsement system.

The closest I've come is in using 'Noticeboard' to add a comment section were users can leave feedback. But I want these comments to appear as part of the user's profile.

Could anyone suggest a plugin or a method in doing this?

CB ProfileBook has a guest book tab (Professional membership needed to download).
