Batch add groups

I'm running into an issue with Batch Actions and adding existing users to groups. I want to add users already in groups to a new group based on their CBSubs plan. However, when I use Batch Actions, it removes that user from the groups they were already in. Am I doing something wrong?

This sounds like a CBSubs support question - please login using the username you purchased your cbsubs subscriptions and post in the CBSubs GPL support forum.
