I am trying to find out if there is a way to limit visibility of a particular tab (ie My Account) from other users except for the logged in user. Basically I want to have a section where the user can login and change his/her personal contact info, still see the tab on their profile but other users cannot view that tab.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

You can accomplish this with the CB Privacy add-on that is offered with the Professional membership.
