Add-ons language? was created by LnG

Hi, I just installed ProfileBook and noticed that its in English, I want a Swedish translation. I browse this site abit but dont find anything.. Where can I find it or how do I translate addons on my own?

I dont put this in proffesional members forum since its not really a priority.
