I have installed community builder 2.0.7 on a Clean install of Joomla 3.4 and I get a blank page, when I go to Global configuration, as you FAQ suggests I also get a blank Page, I can access the rest of Joomla, there is nothing else installed, as this is a clean install?

So you are getting a blank page when you go to Joomla Global parameters?
