CB Conditional not showing in the back end

CB Conditional not showing in the back end was created by bradley568
I have recently tried my CB Conditional plugin on a test site before I perform my upgrade from 2.5 and the conditional preferences do not show on the field when I try to edit it.

During the setup it does show and allows me to configure it but then when I try to edit it the CB Conditional Preferences do not show on the right side.

I'm using Joomla 3.3.6 and CB Conditional 1.8.10

Is it the add on that needs updated or has there been a new plugin to replace it?

latest CB Conditional for CB 191 is 3.0.12 and for CB 2.0 it is 4.0.4
