COULD_NOT_EMAIL_TO_ERRORS_OF_COUNT_USERS_OUT_OF_TOTAL_EMAILS_TO_SEND was created by AlexSmirnov

The source for the COULD_NOT_EMAIL_TO_ERRORS_OF_COUNT_USERS_OUT_OF_TOTAL_EMAILS_TO_SEND key goes:

"Could not send email to [errors] of [count] users out of [total] emails to send"

Emails can not be sent to errors, so may be "due to [errors]" or am I missing anything?

I think this is fine - it will give a list of user-id's that could not be emailed for some reason.
