Send password and Logoff Problem and a question about support

10 years 6 months ago - 10 years 6 months ago #244984 by logan_wolfpack
If i try to logout from my Site I end up with a gray screen with a narrow Textbox below the adress bar and i am stuck there. This happens often but not always and i have no idea when. If I logout via the Register Button it works.

If i try to resend a lost password i end up with a server connection reset (firefox) or "Page cannot be displayed" (IE) and the mail is not sent

It happens with all templates and i can send mails via massmail.

What am i doing wrong?

How do i get paid support? Do i realy have to pay a € 100+?

Hi and welcome to our forums.

When posting for free or paid support you must not make people reading ask questions.

For example I have no idea what version of Joomla or CN you are using?

Most people will just ignore such posts as they will not go the extra step to ask.

Suggest you retest with default joomla template and also with Joomla debug on at maximum reporting level.

This way you will see perhaps more relevant and helpful messages.

Yes CB is free and the community driven support forums are also free.

Paid membership gives you many privileges (extra add-ons and posting privileges on the Advanced or Professional support forums also).

Thanks for your Reply!
I am using Joomla 3.3.0 and CB1.9.1
I tested with Standard Joomla Template (also the tamplate provider did that)
I got no additional information with debug on, thats my problem.

I usualy like to pay for good products but you are expensive ;)
Advaned membership doesnt get me support tickets does it?
