Is There A Readable Version of README-NEW-INSTALL.TXT? was created by cfgs_webmaster

The readme-new-install.txt file contained in the CB 1.9.1 download has all the lines running together. extra blank spaces, etc. Is there another version of it that is formatted where it can be easily read, maybe even one in Word or PDF format?
