I am using joomla 2.5.18
CB 1.9.1
CB ProfilePro 1.2.1

When a user registers, they can easily skip the upload of a profile picture even though registration page says it is mandatory!
I asked the question to joomduck (Profilepro) and they answered that this is a known bug in CB 1.9.1?

Is that correct?
I did not face that issue on another site I built with CB 1.8
