Hi!
Are there a plugin og some way to let the fronted user make their own lists? Is it possible to link a menu item to a plugin where it is some drop down boxes to make individual lists?

If it possible please advice me how to make this possible!

Not exactly.

You can create a dynamic list that dynamically filters off a CB field value of user looking at the list.
