Assign tabs to groups

I need to assign tabs to groups but i wish keep everybody access to tabs.

I take a exemple :

group A access tab1 when they edit their profil. but group A don't access tab 2
group B access tab2 ....

but everybody see tab1 when they access to group A profil.

i think i must modified access management in profil template. But how do it?
