Prevent users from changing passwords was created by tricon

Hello,

There is a setting that can block username changes on the frontend. Is there a setting in the configuration that will also prevent users of a specific group or access level from changing their passwords?

Yes for username (see CB Configuration in backend).
Nope for password feature.
