Register Form submit 403 Error?

Hi,

I am new one of the Community builder component .I have create company webaddress
field with webaddress field type .In registration form I have enter the value of above field and submit the register form the following error is occured .
"You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server."
I have entered full url of any website for webaddress field then submit the form above error is occured. Please any one help me quickly.I have reached ending time in my project.

No such error message exists in CB.

Something else you have installed (security oriented it looks like) is doing this.

I have used cb video field plugin to create video Presentation Field .When I have enter any you tube link in this field and then submit Registration form or Edit Profile form "403 Forbidden page error is occured". I have attach the screenshot shot for the error

Test on a localhost environment to see that this error most likely will not occur.
