Upgrading from 1.2 RC2 on Joomla 1.5.26 to 1.9 on Joomla 1.5.26 - cant find cb_expert_files_only_*.tar.gz file

Upgrading from 1.2 RC2 on Joomla 1.5.26 to 1.9 on Joomla 1.5.26 - cant find cb_expert_files_only_*.tar.gz file was created by eddiek156

I am attempting an upgrade and in the readme file is says I need to download an additonal experts file from the free download area. I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Can anyone help here?
