CB 1.9 does not send registration confirmation emails was created by rarillo

Hello, I use 2.5.9 jommla and CB 1.9

configuration is:

User receives email to register informed that pending moderation OK
Administrator receives mail reporting that a User is waiting OK
administrator user confirms OK
User receives email saying that your application has been approved FAIL

I put the settings
